Counselling and coaching services are governed by applicable professional and legal obligations and, where relevant, a separate client agreement and informed consent process.

Information shared in counselling and coaching is treated as confidential. Information will not ordinarily be shared outside our working relationship without your consent.

There are circumstances in which information may need to be shared without your consent. These may include:

  • where there is a serious or imminent concern for your safety or the safety of another person and disclosure is reasonably necessary to respond to that concern

  • where information needs to be shared in an emergency or other circumstance permitted under applicable privacy or health records legislation

Where it is lawful and reasonably practicable to do so, I will seek to discuss a disclosure with you before information is shared and will limit the information disclosed to what is reasonably necessary for the purpose.

Information may also be shared with another person or service where you have given appropriate consent, for example where you ask me to communicate with another practitioner.

The specific limits of confidentiality are discussed as part of the informed consent process.

I do not use artificial intelligence (AI) tools in my practice. Your sessions and information are never recorded, transcribed or processed using AI.

  • report any accidents or injuries immediately

To the extent permitted by law, you accept the inherent risks of participating in movement-based activities, except where liability cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Personal information you provide is handled in accordance with my Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Where separate or specific consent is required, accepting these Terms or acknowledging my Privacy Policy does not replace that consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • I exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, data loss or loss of profit.

  • My liability under the ACL is limited to re-supplying services or covering the cost of re-supply.
